Multi-genre Dark Fantasy Author J. A Infante is both Traditionally Published with Eternal-Press/Damnation Books and Independently published since 2011, with over 100 books in print. She’s reached Amazon’s Top Five Authors, won Multicultural Author of the Year, and Book World’s Fresh New Awe-inspiring voices.

She steeps her love for Mythology, culture, family and giving thanks to the ancestors in everything she writes, to prove that there is value in what she as a person of color adds to the vibrant multifaceted kaleidoscope of the world we live in.

 

A tenured professor of English Literature, Art History and Mythology, she received her MA in Literature, also carrying an Associate’s in Cultural Anthropology, and a BA in Culinary Arts.

J.A’s intentions are to write with purpose, giving not only voice, but showcasing the multidimensional greatness of women of color for the world to see.

As a University Professor, with a strong Multicultural background, she knows the value of education for people of color, the strength of mind it holds, as well as the weight it sometimes carries. Ms. Infante’s goal is to not only educate with her books, to immerse the reader into a world that is all their own.

She is also a mom of five amazing kidlets, who she is extremely proud of, educationally and personally as the people they became. Nothing makes a mother more proud, than to see their child be who they truly are, not what their parents want them to be.
